Rhythmic Training
This was recommended by my Musicianship teacher and I am only just beginning to work my way through it. So far so good. Just glancing through it I would suspect that any problems will be the fault of the student (I should have started this sort of thing when I was a kid, not in my 6th decade!) not the book
