Christmas Treat
When I first introduced this piece to my team there was a touch of despair among the group with the sense tha they would never learn this piece in 6 weeks. However, miracle of miracles they took to it like ducks to water. Our group consists of mainly older players with a huge range of both musical and bell ability. All are able to play this with confidence because of the beautiful arrangement of two very well know tunes. We are enjoying playing our lower bass bells and particularly love how the melody goes to all parts in turn.We are now happily preparing this for a very important performance for Christmas which we hope will be a surprise and a treat for our audience.
