Guitar, harp, bassoon, double bass (2) LIBRETTO: A male tranvestite brujo, commando in a mini skirt, conducts a black magick ritual in the midnight seclusion of a fenny forest. He cuts the top off a pumpkin and fills it with bloodstained medical cards that he has stolen from his day job at a publicly funded newborn blood screening center. He then regurgitates genderous amounts of fluid, secreted from a Mariachi band, into the pumpkin, thoroughly drenching the cards. After stirring the pulp with a marble pestle, he performs a lewd act with the pulp-lubed pestle, filming it with his cell phone and immediately posting it on Pornhub. The pestle is reinserted into the pumpkin, which begins to glow from inside. He stabs a series of holes into the side of the pumpkin which mutates into a humanoid face, complete with eyeballs and teeth. He commits a second lewd act involving the pumpkin while incanting in an obscure South American language. An interdimensional vortex appears above the forest. He places the pumpkin on the ground where it is attacked by bolts of red, white, and blue lightning. The pumpkin sprouts a humanoid body wearing a vine diaper. The brujo carves the letters “MAGO” into its newly formed chest, a magickal gesture that animates the pumpkin creature. The brujo writes a command on the back of a Chinese cookie fortune and shoves the paper into its mouth hole with two fingers.
