Not Necessary
For the micro-manager, I suppose it could be useful, but my young students get by just fine with circled and dated pages in their regular lesson books. They do not need an additional, thick book to lug around to remind them of their assignment. If anything, purchase one copy, see if it'll work for your studio, then invest or not invest in the product. Don't do what I did, and purchase enough for all your students right off the bat!
