The Pomp and Circumstance Marches, Opus 39, are a series of five marches for orchestra composed by Edward Elgar between 1901 and 1930, together with a sixth march created in 2006 by Anthony Payne from Elgar's sketches. The Pomp And Circumstance March N°1 is the best-known of the six marches. It was composed in 1901 and dedicated "to Elgar’s friend Alfred E. Rodewald and the members of the Liverpool Orchestral Society". This is a simplified version for Soprano Saxophone with Piano accompaniment in F Major.
