A classic...but with a twist!
An opening ballad with some scrumptious chords will lull your audience in to a false sense of relaxation, then boom! release the drummer!!
Flexi-band arrangement: parts in C, Bb, Eb, F and Percussion (kit).
Marching Over The Rainbow plays on the classic melody we all know and love with a typical march accompaniment and countermelody passed around the parts.
There is a separate Piccolo (part 1) towards the end to give their tongues and fingers a work out!
As the NHS (UK) adopted this as their theme during the COVID-19 pandemic, I did this arrangement for myself and some friends to play on the street during our Thursday night "Clap for Carers". Seemed to go down well so thought I'd share with you all.
