Here is the full piano-vocal version of Now the Day is Over, a beautiful hymn written by Sabine Baring-Gould that has been loved for many years. Some people are finding it anew because the first verse was featured in an episode of the show "Dexter", but you will find all the later verses and the rest of the song to be especially beautiful and comforting to all in need of peace. It is a perfect hymn for any Evensong service, funeral, or memorial service.
