This Welsh pre-reformation tune has been taken from "The Song Book of Myra Evans". This gently rocking melody is most sensitively arranged by George Guest, in a quasi-polyphonic style. Each voice has the melody as the piece progresses and ends in a great peace. This work was originally meant to be sung at a wake or funeral, as a prayer for a friend's soul.
