nice arrangement
This is a nice arrangement that gives the cello a worthwhile and interesting part to play instead of the usual simple harmonic and rhythmic pablum.

Tough cello string crossings
The experienced cellist I'm playing with had some difficulty with the many string crossings. It's been my experience that having the cello play the arpeggios usually assigned to a more resonant instrument -- harp or piano -- isn't a great solution. But this piece is what the bride wants. :-) It sounds fairly good after several rehearsals. We also cut the intro (measures 1-8) and replaced it with two measures of cello arpeggio.
