The song themes and lyrics refer to talking, not knowing what to say, shying away, coming for someone’s love, being gone in a day, being “odds and ends” (broken or confused), stumbling away, learning life is okay, no better to be safe than sorry, looking inside one’s self, heart is black, no colors, people turn their heads, walking away, new-born baby, a line of cars, love never coming back, setting sun, love laughing, morning.
This powerful arrangement shows off your talented group with its ranges and harmonies. This arrangement features a vocal splash intended to spark excitement with the listeners. There is also an instrumental feature at the end designed for choreography and staging to show hurt, anguish and angst.
