accessible miniatures
Great collection of shorter piano solo pieces --one to three pages. These pieces are not commonly heard so they are fresh and interesting. I have found that teens are often bored by the harmonies of typical serious literature. The harmonies in these works appeal to their contemporary ears. Intermediate players will find the simplest of these require some work, though.
