Edited by C.H. Trevor, this book selectively compiles 27 intermediate standard pieces for organ. Although the pieces have suggestions for registration on an organ of two (and sometimes three) manuals, all the pieces can be played effectively on a one-manual instrument with appropriate stops. The pedals can be used at the player's discretion. Composers such as Purcell, Handel, Charpentier, Chauvet and Franck all appear in this edition, which boasts music spanning 200 years and more.

Manual Miscellany for Organ Book One
I am 83 years old, organist at a small Lutheran Church. The organ is electric and a Conn product. I don't know the model number. One drawback, abbreviated pedal board (just 2 octaves) and it IS NOT according to AGO specifications. I am sure that the instrument calls for left foot pedaling only. By nature, I try to use both feet. The spacing of the foot pedals (distance between) is very close. So I am using a lot of manuals only for voluntaries. For the liturgy and hymns, I use some pedaling. This collection is excellent.
