This classic Taiwanese old song "Spring Mountains" is known on the Internet as a "Taiwanese folk song." However, it is a Taiwanese pop song with a lyricist and composer. It was released from the late Japanese colonial period to the post-war period. This song was widely spread through Taiwan's unique Taiwanese opera, and there are many cover versions. It was also selected by Taiwan's airline EVA Air as one of the welcome music for boarding. There are also arranged versions by musicians from Japan and China, so people will mistake it for a Taiwanese folk song. I arranged this song for violin and piano, with a difficulty between beginner and intermediate levels.
