Excellent Resource for Violin Students!
This La La Land Violin Play-Along book is fantastic for my intermediate students. The Hal Leonard engraving is clear, making note reading easy, and the arrangements are well-suited for building technical skills without being overwhelming. The online audio with adjustable tempo is a brilliant feature for practicing rhythm and intonation. 'Mia & Sebastian's Theme' is a particular favorite.

Finally, I can play La La Land!
I absolutely love playing these songs from La La Land! The arrangements are so well done, and with the online audio, I really feel like I'm sounding just like the movie. The PLAYBACK+ features that let you slow down the tempo are a lifesaver for a weekend player like me. It's a really enjoyable and relaxing way to learn my favorite Justin Hurwitz melodies.

A solid selection of La La Land tunes. This Play-Along series makes it quick to learn recognizable arrangements for gigs where a popular movie request might pop up. The included online audio is incredibly practical for quickly getting the feel and nailing the timing. While chord symbols aren't central to the violin part, the backing tracks provide excellent context. Good for a quick study.
