La Favorite
A very excellent edition of Donizetti's opera. It is in both the original French and in Italian translation, with the variations that were written for various performances. Those only familiar with the Italian score will find that this one has differences, and many cadenzas in the Italian score are not included, as they were not written by Donizetti, nor overseen by him in future productions. Wonderfully bound, and super clear images of the score. Introductory essay on history of the opera are quite interesting.
