Great Arrangement
This is a wonderful arrangement and a real crowd pleaser! We use it every year as the closer for our Christmas concert. It is generally not that difficult of a piece, though it does require a very skilled organist (we typically use organ and brass). There is a four-part men's section and some divisi in the choir for a short passage (8-part).

Perfect Muisc
This arrangement is perfect. Easy enough for amateur choir. Choir parts not too hard. Very hard organ and piano, so the whole effect is spectacular. If you can add other instruments--even better!

Joy To The World
This is one of the best arrangements I have ever played of Antioch! Mack Wilberg is a superb composer, as well as conductor. It will take a well-experienced organist and descant instrument to perform this piece, but it's worth the work!
