Excellent Resource for Advanced Guitar Students

A Challenging but Rewarding Deep Dive into McLaughlin
As an adult learner, I've always wanted to tackle John McLaughlin's work, and this anthology is fantastic. While definitely not for beginners, the note-for-note tab alongside standard notation makes his complex solos achievable with dedication. It's incredibly satisfying to finally play those iconic lines from 'Birds of Fire' or 'Meeting of the Spirits.' Pure enjoyment for dedicated practice to sound like the record!
