This song is about the desire for true love after failed relationships. The song and its lyrics refer to taking time to think, reading between the lines, being older, climbing a mountain, world on your shoulder, clouds, love shining, life growing colder, heartache and pain, can’t stop, traveled far, change lonely life, wanting to know what love is, showing, feeling love, looking around one’s self, nowhere to hide, finally finding love.
This moving arrangement is based closely on the original with a solo singing lead with SAB background vocals. This arrangement is designed for high school or college show choir, concert choir or community choir.
