SKU: A0.1764533
Composed by Diane Eve Warren. Arranged by unimusica. This edition: pdf, streaming. Contemporary, Country, Pop, Rock, Singer/Songwriter. Score. 5 pages. Unimusic Academy (Academia Unimusica) #1324842. Published by Unimusic Academy (Academia Unimusica) (A0.1764533).
"How Do I Live" is a song written by Diane Warren. It was originally performed by American singer and actress LeAnn Rimes and was the first single from her second studio album, You Light Up My Life: Inspirational Songs (1997).[3] It also appeared on international editions of her follow-up album Sittin' on Top of the World (1998).[4][5] A second version was performed by American singer Trisha Yearwood, which was featured in the film Con Air. Both versions were serviced to radio on May 23, 1997.
In the United States, Rimes's version peaked at No. 2 for five non-consecutive weeks in late 1997 and early 1998. It set a number of records on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2014, Billboard listed the song as the No. 1 song of the 1990s, despite never reaching the position on the weekly tally. It ranks at No. 6 on Billboard's All Time Top 100, the only single in the top 10 of this list not to have been a number-one hit.[6] It has been certified quadruple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for shipments of four million copies in the US.
