Fun & Achievable for Learning Ocarina!

Too simple for me. For total beginner. Not Method.
I expected this to be at least slightly more challenging. , considering it says it is a method book, and shows Many different ocarina's on the outside. I belive If you have any musical background, this will not help much at all. If you need a basic intro to music in general. how to read sheet music

Learning the Ocarina made easy
Firstly, while the book is written for 12 hole ocarinas, the book will work for 10 and 11 hole ocarinas. Basically if you have a transverse ocarina, you can learn with this book. Subholes are covered at the very end of the book and you'll get quite a bit of enrichment and instruction despite the focus being on 12 hole ocarinas. Additionally, if you're using an Italian style 10 hole ocarina, you'll just swap the fingering for high E and F and you're good, EZPZ. If you have a pendant ocarina, the book includes a pendant fingering chart as well as some fun improv scales. The types of ocarina section will also help you identify what kind of pendant ocarina you have and whether it is tuned or untuned. The history section shows some cool ocarinas and even a gemshorn and xun. The book also references a resource URL that provides up to date information on Cris Gale's ocarina recommendations, as well as information on ocarina gatherings and festivals.
