If your looking for a serious, solemn piece for brass quintet, this French baroque organ masterpiece is it. A slow introduction followed by a fugue makes this a great concert work. The French baroque organ tradition is a bit strange, as they almost always played their fugues on the nasal-sounding oboe and bassoon stops, and didn't avoid occasional spine-straightening dissonances if their themes collided (as is the case in a couple of instances int he is work).
