Composed by Traditional American Folk. Arranged by Paul Franklyn Taylor. This edition: pdf. Children, Folk, Traditional. Score. 2 pages. Paul Taylor #1359929. Published by Paul Taylor (A0.1799743).

This is probably one of the most well-known American folk tunes both in the United States and the world. Although traditionally presented in a major key, the storyline seems to demand at least a repetition in the minor mode (The Old Grey Goose, which is going to made into a feather bed and leaves behind all of her babies) . This tune appears throughout the media and almost all musical venues including classrooms, movies, video games, concert halls and was a regular feature at "play-parties," social gatherings for teenagers in the colonial times.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
