This is the chord progression from Autumn Leaves with no melody. This backing track has a lot of jazz cliches in it; 7th chords, sequencing, turnarounds. This is an excellent backing track if you are just starting out in your jazz journey. It is in a very guitar friendly key of E minor.
Sequencing is excellent practice, especially in jazz, because sequences done this way lead to every chord in the key being used. There is also something very satisfying about them as well; very "ear wormy" and strong bass lines because there are a lot of 4th and 5th intervals in the bass.
