So entstehen musikalisch abwechslungsreiche Duette, die sowohl das Zusammenspiel als auch das aufmerksame Hören fördern.
Das Heft erscheint in drei instrumentenspezifischen Ausgaben:
für Trompete / Tenorhorn für Posaune / Euphonium für Horn / Tuba Zusätzlich sind die Duette auch als gesonderte Hefte in hoher Lage (andere Tonart) erhältlich (1. Stimme Trompete bis a'', Posaune bis g').
Der Schwierigkeitsgrad ist insgesamt leicht, die Ausgaben in hoher Lage sind mittelschwer. Damit eignet sich das Heft besonders für Bläserklassen, Musikvereine und Musikschulen.
