Short and bright
Du fragsch, was i mcht singe (You ask what I would like to sing about) is madrigal-like, musically easy, short, and not at all taxing range-wise for any of the voices. Composed by Hansruedi Willisegger (b. 1935) of Switzerland, the piece is ear-catching and upbeat. In the key of G, 4/4, and a refrain of la-la-las, the four verses are in Schwyzerdtsch (Swiss-German) and require knowledge of Swiss dialect pronunciations to perform authentically.
