The song was a huge world-wide hit, sung in countless arrangements and translations by artists all over the world, including in French by Tino Rossi ("C'est Capri" 1934), in English by Frankie Laine (1952), Frank Sinatra (1957), Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney (1958), in Norwegian (“Det var på Capri”) by Ivar Ruste 1973 and De syngende husmødre 1982. In this arrangement, in Flex 5 SHOWBLOW, the well-known melody is introduced over a rhythm of steady cha-cha-chá, where all the instruments present their musical tasks.
