Fine program piece
I have played tuba with the Heartland Brass Quintet for over 25 years and we have had the privilege of playing a number of times for ceremonies at the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Park in Hodgenville, Ky. We normally play a preceremony concert of period pieces from the Civil War era, and I am always looking for new music to add to our play list. I found this number recently and immediately ordered it. It fits exactly what we need and will be well-received by audiences!
