APRIL SHOWERS first appeared in the Broadway Musical, Bombo’ in 1921. It was sung by Al Jolson and it subsequently became one of his signature songs. Having been later recorded by, among others, Cab Callaway, Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra Judy Garland and Woody Herman, it is now established as a Jazz Standard.
