Excellent, But Largely Duplicated Elsewhere
This is an excellent collection of studies for the intermediate to advanced guitarist. It may not be worth purchasing if you already own a copy of Frederick Noad's 100 Graded Classical Guitar Studies, which contains fifteen of the twenty studies in this volume; only studies 1 (Op. 6, No. 8), 5 (Op. 35, No. 22), 6 (Op. 35, No. 17), 17 (Op. 6, No. 11), and 18 (Op. 29, No. 22) in this volume are not included in Noad's book. On the other hand, this book includes a CD with performances of all twenty studies, while Noad's book does not include a CD (at least it didn't when I acquired mine).
