Miles was a 19th/20th Century gospel songwriter as well as a pharmacist from New Jersey. This gospel hymn is based on texts from Isaiah 65:15 and Revelation 2:17. Sections A and C are the verse. Sections B and D are the chorus. A modulation to a new key occurs between sections B and C with the help of a French augmented sixth chord. A descant by yours truly is then added.
