This is a set of variations on the familiar Christian hymn, A Mighty Fortress Is Our God. It is not a sort of "stock" arrangement intended for school bands, with the parts leveled out generically. Many passages are very exposed and involve significant technical skill on the part of a handful of musicians at a time. It might be an interesting exercise for an advanced band, but isn't standard concert band fare. For that reason, I'm pricing it a little lower than other concert band pieces of the same length. One point about instrumentation: It calls for a Bb Bass Saxophone.
