A lovely short Christmas piece, that highlights the highs and lows of Christmas dinner and finishes with a fantastic climax!
Violin II : Absolute Beginner, many open string notes and all in first position Violin I : Beginner, carries the melody in both first and third position with the occasional flat, natural second finger note and complex rhythm Viola: Beginner, carries some of the melody in first position, very useful to the texture with its rich and warm lower C string notes (clef is alto clef, but has been erased because of the free app I use, so you may want to draw it in!) Cello: A moving part! Carries much of the melody; showcasing the main motif and drives the rhythm
Each part has been well thought out and came together quite easily. Thought it up this morning :)
