Online resource launched for Line 6 amp owners

Owners of Line 6 Spider amplifiers can now have access to a huge resource of lessons, amp tones and backing tracks thanks to a new online tool launched by the manufacturer.
Spider Online is completely free for any registered owner of a Spider amplifier, including the Spider I to IV, Spider Valve, Spider Jam or Micro Spider.
Users can access over 300 lessons of all genres, styles, theory and application, improving their technique and even broadening musical styles and knowledge.
Learn how to play blues, rock, jazz, punk, pop or even metal from scratch, as each lesson is divided into beginners class, intermediate and advanced. True beginners can even find a How to Play Guitar lesson on the site.
Each lesson also has tabs, audio samples and tones to utilise and users do not need to download the lessons as they open up in the web browser.
Over 100 jam tracks, bass and drum grooves and drum loops will also be made available online through the resource. These tracks have been played by some of the best session musicians from LA and Nashville and users can download hundreds of new tones to their amplifier or display them on screen. Tracks open in the web browser and users can turn different instruments on and off as they please and play along.
Scott Waara, product manager at instrument and accessory manufacturer Line 6, commented on the product launch: “Spider Online is a lot of fun for anyone who owns a Spider amplifier.
“Players can share tones, play along to great sounding jam tracks, and access a terrific variety of lessons in a wide range of styles.
“We’re grateful that over a million guitarists own Spider amplifiers, so to thank our customers and keep them inspired musically, we’re excited to make this resource available to them!”
