Musikmesse 2012: Blackstar release special five year anniversary HT-5 amp

It was only five years ago at Musikmesse 2007 that Blackstar Amplification announced themselves to the music world.
Fitting then, in a year that the Queen celebrates her Diamond Jubilee, that Blackstar have chosen to announce a special, limited edition of their HT-5R amp to mark their fifth anniversary at Musikmesse 2012 in Frankfurt.
With its special cream covering, weave fret cloth and limited edition front panel, the HT-5TH is both a unique collector’s item for gear connoisseurs and a great sounding amp to play in its own right. Each special edition amp also comes with a numbered certificate signed by every member of the Blackstar team.
As with the standard issue HT-5R, the HT-5TH is a 5W 2X10 combo with two footswitchable channels, Blackstar’s Infinite Shape Feature (ISF) and the unique push-pull power amp design.
