London based singer-songwriter Monooka will be bringing her amazing Gypsy influenced music to Musicroom London on April 26 for another great Live@5ive showcase.
With a sound that can best be described as an eclectic mix of pop, folk, jazz and traditional Romanian songs, Monooka mixes music, story telling and marionettes for a truly unique artistic spectacle.
Monooka has performed extensively across London after enjoying critical success in her native Romania where she was nominated for a debut award in Romanian jazz alongside double bassist Arthur Balogh and guitarist and violinist George Dumitriu.
