Learn To Play Day 2013 is coming to Musicroom Exeter!

Read below for details of how you can enjoy a FREE taster lesson on a variety of instruments from guitars, flutes and clarinets to the increasingly popular ukulele and mandolin.

Learn To Play Day 2013 plainHead down to Musicroom Exeter on Saturday March 16 is Learn To Play Day at Musicroom Exeter – a special nationwide event offering the Great British public the chance to pick up and try an instrument for FREE!
Learn To Play Day Exeter will run from 11am until 3pm and will include flute, saxophone and clarinet workshops by Graham Pearso, sessions on the drums and hand held percussion such as Djembes from Steve Crossen, and local piano teacher Kate Butterworth will also be offering free piano lessons throughout the day.
The Academy of Music in Exeter will also be providing guitar and bass lessons from their specialist teachers. Visit their site to find out more about the Academy of Music.
Live music will be provided by the Budleigh Salterton Ukulele club who will be performing at the store from 3pm. The club will also be offering any attendees the opportunity to Jam along with them and get involved!
