On the evening of Tuesday 19th May, Musicroom Exeter will be hosting its first Musicroom Masterclass, where the topic for the night will be Home Studio Recording.
Presenting the evening will be Mark Lowes from Focusrite/Novation, who will be teaching us about how the latest home studio technology allows us to create, produce and publish our own music at a level of exceptional quality.
The event is broken down into three 30 minute seminars:
6.30 til 7.00 – Â Home Studio Recording Techniques
7.15 til 7.45 – Computer Music Programming Software & Hardware Synths
8.00 til 8.30 Â – Â How to get Studio Quality Recordings on your iPad or iPhone
For too long sound recording and studio technologies have only been in the hands of the very few people who could afford the high costs of the equipment. However, in today’s digital world, this has all changed.
Thanks to advances in affordable technology, home studio and sound recording equipment is more affordable than ever. This means that in the space of a day, and without booking any expensive studio time or arguing with a producer, you can record, edit and upload your own tracks onto sites that host massive communities of music lovers.
Places at these seminars are limited, so to book your FREE space, please contact the store directly.
