Written to underscore the film’s emotional climax, the music combines warmth, hope and sacrifice, capturing the spirit of heroism at the centre of the story.
This brass band arrangement begins in an intimate chamber setting, opening as a quintet before gradually expanding into the full ensemble. Tuned percussion colours shimmer throughout, adding warmth and depth to the unfolding texture. The music unfolds with a hymn-like character, rich in lyrical lines and glowing harmonies.
As the piece develops, the sound grows ever broader and more powerful, rising to soaring climaxes before driving towards a dramatic and fiercely resolute conclusion.
