Medley of "Fairest Lord Jesus" and a popular praise chorus by Dennis Jernigan
With calm reverence, Larry Shackley blends together "Fairest Lord Jesus" with Dennis Jernigan's immensely popular praise chorus. The creative accompaniment, in a neo-classical style, is full of interest and interaction with the voices. Suitable for Communion or any worship service. The rhythm parts include charts for keyboard, guitar, electric bass and drum set.

Beautiful piano accompaniment for this piece. I would, however, write the Fairest Lord Jesus in lower keys - the F and G are a bit high for a regular mixed chorus. I also arranged a cello and violin part to go with it which added to the piece but which is by no means necessary - the accompaniment can stand alone very well - I mostly added it for extra participation opportunities in my particular group. Great piece and a beautiful arrangement. As far as the product difficulty - the piano acc. is definitely not for beginners, but the vocal part can be.

I love this piece. It is a mix of comtemporary and traditional and my choir loves it. It is easy to learn but accompaniment is a little difficult.
