When Church Is Out is a piano solo arrangement of the 1897 hit pop song by Carrie Jacobs-Bond, which was originally a ballad for voice and piano. The original song was only 16 bars long. Inspired by the unique title, I took the melody and reset it as a 4 part gospel church hymn.
