Nice arrangement of an old tune
This is a nice arrangement of the well-known Christmas song that starts softly, builds in the middle, and tapers off at the end. This is a straightforward arrangement that doesn't have the amorphous structure of several other arrangements I've performed.

Excellent new arrangement
Although Rutter's arrangement has been a standard for a long time, this new arrangement is just as powerful. Structurally, it is more-or-less a traditional Wilberg arrangement: men on first verse, women on second with the men joining in mid-verse. Following that, there are divisions in the music, the most being SSAATB. It ends by repeating part of the second verse. The tenor line is low enough that baritones could join if the bass is too low. Ranges: S (Bb3-Db5), A (Ab3-Db5), T (Bb2-Db4), B (F2-Db4).
