"Vom Himmel hoch, da komm ich her" ("From Heaven Above to Earth I Come"), a sweet chorale extracted from the part 23 of the famous Christmas Oratorio (BWV 248), here in an arrangement for four Violins, two Violas, two Cellos; the phrasing follows the syllabation of the German lyrics, while dynamics are an interpretation of mine; in this version the four-part Chorale has been doubled to the upper octave to evoke the sound of an organ registration.
