Composed by Karl Komzak. Arranged by Paul Kajzar. This edition: pdf. 19th Century, Romantic Period. 7 pages. Gyllcott Music, Paul Kajzar #1050024. Published by Gyllcott Music, Paul Kajzar (A0.1472321).An arrangement for horn quartet of "Volksliedchen" (Little folk song) composed by Bohemian-born Karl Komzak (1850-1905). He came from something of a musical dynasty, with his father and son (both called Karl) being musicians and composers. Originally intended for string quartet, this arrangement for four horns would make an ideal short item in a recital or perhaps as a calm, and tuneful encore piece. The set comprises full score and parts; note that the horn 4 part is in bass clef (modern notation). Difficulty level : Intermediate/Advanced.
