Published by RayThompsonMusic (A0.553125).The Four Seasons (Italian: Le quattro stagioni) is a group of four violin concerti (singular - concerto) by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi, each of which gives musical expression to a season of the year. They were written around 1721 and were published in 1725 in Amsterdam.
This "Suite" is an abridged and easier version of 4 popular movements of The Four Seasons arranged for wind quartet. I have still maintained the musicality and some of the changes in tonality. Also available in other instrumental groups.
The 4 movements are:
Spring: Mvt.I "Arrival of Spring"
Winter: Mvt.II "Peaceful Days in front of the Fire"
Autumn: Mvt I "Peasant’s Dance"
Autumn: Mvt III ’The Hunt"
