Hours of Fun with Classic Rock!
As an adult learner, I absolutely love this VH1 Rock & Roll collection! It's so much fun to play through these iconic songs like 'Bohemian Rhapsody' and 'Imagine'. The intermediate level is challenging but totally achievable with some practice, making me feel like I'm really sounding like the originals. It's a huge book, but worth it for the sheer enjoyment of playing so many hits!

Excellent for Intermediate Students
This collection of VH1's rock classics is a fantastic resource for intermediate piano students. The arrangements are accessible, making it great for working on rhythm and sight-reading with familiar tunes. While the 434-page size means it's a substantial book, the clear engraving (typical of Hal Leonard) and inclusion of vocal melody make it a versatile teaching tool for ensemble or solo work.

Solid Gig Repertoire
This VH1 collection is a goldmine for gigging musicians, offering an impressive array of classic rock tunes. The arrangements are generally solid, and having chord names and guitar diagrams included is a huge plus for quick reference. My only minor gripe is the sheer size (434 pages); it can be tricky to keep open on a stand for longer songs. Still, indispensable for requests!

100 songs, only about 6 songs are good.
Bad and unplayable chords on many songs. Many songs I've never heard of. Don't buy it.

This book is rated as medium, I totally disagree. I will probably be throwing this book away, not happy about it at all.

Great Book
I have a digital piano with many preset background options. Many of the songs in VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of Rock & Roll are programmed - so I have had a blast playing song after song! Great book for just piano, too.

Great collection, tricky to handle
The selections are great, upbeat and the arrangements are pretty well done. As a professional that gigs, it's almost impossible to use the arrangements unless they are memorized or rearranged since the book doesn't lie flat and most arrangements can be 5 to even 11 pages long. Great collection though!
