Brilliant Vocal Harmony and Solo Support
As a choral director, I found Deke Sharon's arrangement of Kings of Leon's 'Use Somebody' exceptionally well-crafted. The SSAATTBB texture creates a dynamic, supportive soundscape for the solo, facilitating blend and balance instruction. Voice-leading is intuitive yet sophisticated, allowing each section to contribute to the 'world-beat vocal groove.' It’s a rewarding piece for developing individual vocal strength and ensemble musicianship. Highly recommended for advanced choirs.

So Much Fun for Our Community Choir!
Our community choir loved tackling this Deke Sharon arrangement of Kings of Leon's 'Use Somebody.' It sounds so close to the fantastic versions from The Sing-Off, which made rehearsing really exciting. The SSAATTBB voicing gives it such a full, rich sound, and while it's a good challenge, it feels incredibly rewarding when it comes together. Definitely a piece that will get your audience moving and your choir feeling accomplished!
