The horns and the rhythm section trade fours over a half-time shuffle groove to kick off the chart. This flows naturally into a hip swinging section over minor changes. The original groove returns and gives the full band a chance to wail. "Urban Angels" is a great chart to help teach your band to "internalize the time" while they're digging into music with real attitude.
