I doubled the 2nd violin with the viola and the cello with the bass. This was done to accomodate string ensembles that might have incomplete instrumentation. Written in the easy key of G major throughout, I included pizzicato for all of the instruments and numerous tempo changes to make the arrangement more fun to play. I hope you and you students enjoy rehearsing and performing this Christmas classic. Thank you!
