I have always been fascinated how different composers have made use of the same . "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" source material.
This piece was commissioned by "The Learning Orchestra", an amateur orchestra, which tackles "proper" works such as the Symphonies or Beethoven. The orchestra premiered the work in September 2007.
