This iconic tune is perfect for pops concerts, (post) wedding music, jazz- or big band-themed programs, background music for events, children's concerts, or educational outreach. It was written for most ensembles, from high school and college trios to amateur groups, to professional woodwind ensembles. I have included an alternate clarinet part for a missing oboe and an alternate bass clarinet part in lieu of a missing bassoon. The bassoon (alt. bass clarinet) part needs to be played as a walking bass line. Originally scored for a jazz band, I hope you enjoy this unique setting for winds of an iconic big band-era favorite.
